Introducing our Shipping Container Stacking Components

New product introduction

MODELLING

2 min read

If you desire a stack of containers to model your container depot/port and baulk at excessive cost, then look no further...

Why not build your stacks out of the minimal parts required and thus save money! Don't just stack complete containers next to and on top of others and hide most parts of them. Buy the bits you need and create any size stack at a significant saving

Available in two scales; American N (1:160) and British N (1:148)

The picture above shows a block of 53 40ft shipping containers. Even with our economically priced containers at £3.99 each that would equate to a grand total of £211.47.

Constructing this out of our stacking components would require 18 packs of door panels, 18 packs of rear panels, 5 packs of roof panels and 4 packs of side panels. This would equate to 18 x £3.75 + 18 x £1.49 + 4 x £2.25 + 4 x £2.25 giving a total of £112.32. Still a lot, but far cheaper that £211.47 and even better when compared to other suppliers.

The stack shown does have rear panels, but no left hand side, as that was the example being built here. There are obviously many different combinations that could be constructed, so the cost will vary. So map out what you want and just buy what you need...
